Request & Proposal Agreement

Once you reach out to us with your needs using the online form on our service pages, we will:

1. Review Your Request
‍Evaluate the information provided to understand your needs.

2. Set Up a Meeting
‍Schedule a meeting to discuss your needs in more detail.

3. Proposal Creation
‍Develop a tailored proposal with strategy, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

4. Proposal Review & Agreement
Send the proposal for your review, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize the agreement.

After Agreement - Onboarding Stage (Month 1)

Once the agreement is signed:

1. Onboarding Email
We’ll send you an email with all the onboarding information to guide you through our processes.

2. Initiation Meeting
We’ll set up a meeting with all stakeholders and decision-makers to learn about your business, complete necessary documents, and gain access to relevant accounts.

3. First Invoice
After the initiation meeting, the first invoice will be issued. We issue invoices on the 1st of each month for the same month.

4. Strategy Development
It takes 2 weeks to complete your strategy. During this time, we may schedule additional meetings to address any questions or issues and conduct research and analysis to determine the right KPIs and strategy.

5. Strategy, Action Plan & KPIs Presentation
At the end of the month, we’ll meet to present the finalized action plan, strategy, and KPIs for the remaining 11 months.

Implementation (Month 2+)

Once the Strategy, KPIs, and Action Plan are agreed upon:

1. Implement Monthly Tasks
‍We execute the planned strategy and deliverables.

2. Monthly Reporting‍
At the end of each month, we review performance to assess if targets have been met.
‍
3. Quarterly Strategy Review – Every three months, we evaluate and adjust the strategy if needed.

After Campaign

Once the 12-month campaign is completed:

1. Final Campaign Report‍
A comprehensive report analyzing overall performance, key metrics, and results achieved.

2. Insights & Learnings
‍Assessment of what worked, areas for improvement, and key takeaways for future strategies.

3. Strategy Discussion‍
A meeting to review the report, evaluate results, and discuss potential adjustments.
‍
4. Future Collaboration
We discuss whether to continue our partnership for the next year and plan the next steps if we move forward.
