Target Audience & Strategy
To accelerate investment volume and grow Crowdbase’s user base, we launched a 6-month campaign aimed at solidifying its digital presence and increasing activity on its crowdfunding platform. Our strategy segmented the audience into two high-potential groups — investors seeking high-yield opportunities and start-up founders in need of capital.
For investors, we highlighted the benefits of portfolio diversification and early-stage investing. For founders, we focused on Crowdbase as a credible growth enabler. Content was built around these needs and distributed via targeted paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, supported by organic community engagement. This multichannel approach allowed us to deliver hyper-relevant messaging at every step of the decision journey — from awareness to registration to investment.
Implementation & Creativity
Our campaign merged strategic rebranding with a robust creative rollout. We redefined Crowdbase’s brand voice to reflect trust, transparency, and accessibility, ensuring that every touchpoint echoed the democratization of investing.
To support this, we developed a wide range of content formats — from high-impact visuals and animated explainersto educational documents and founder success stories — tailored to speak directly to each audience segment.
We leaned into narrative-led content that inspired confidence while remaining compliant with crowdfunding regulations. This balance of clarity and compliance enabled us to demystify investing without compromising legal responsibility — especially when addressing potential risks.

Challenges & Solutions
Navigating compliance constraints within the crowdfunding industry required meticulous creative development. One key challenge was framing investment risks (such as capital loss) in a transparent yet engaging way. We addressed this through a carefully researched messaging framework that preserved impact while maintaining regulatory alignment.
On the implementation front, event tracking posed a significant hurdle. We needed to monitor diverse user actions — from initial visits to registration and investments. By deploying Meta pixel event tracking, we created a detailed map of the user journey, unlocking deeper insight into behavior and improving campaign optimization at every funnel stage.
Results & Evaluation
Our efforts delivered exceptional outcomes across all campaign goals:
- €548,010 in investments were raised through the platform during this period
- User registrations rose by 44.8%
- Facebook followers increased by 19.6%
- Instagram followers surged by 49%
- LinkedIn audience grew by 9.1%
Beyond the numbers, the campaign established Crowdbase as a leading investment platform in the region. Our storytelling approach helped shift perceptions, build credibility, and foster long-term trust between investors and entrepreneurs.
